1. Pre-Sale Refund Window
Because the EINNO Light Strength Multi Gym is currently offered as a pre-sale product, we understand you are committing before physical delivery. To protect your purchase, we offer a 14-day full refund period starting from the date your payment is confirmed.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the order date.
- No return shipment is required during the pre-sale period — your order has not yet shipped.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order confirmation number and the email address used at checkout.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and process your refund promptly once verified.
3. After Product Delivery
Once the product has been shipped and delivered, the following return conditions apply:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or fully refunded at no additional cost.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date (pre-sale period).
- Products that have been assembled and used (post-delivery).
- Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. Order Cancellation
